基本上是2011的加強版本。
但有SNOAR 4
主畫面也有稍微修改，分成清爽版和進階版~
讓使用者自行選擇~
對了~還有對於Chrome的支持 :)

To access the Public Beta build, simply navigate to Norton Beta Center and select Norton Internet Security 2012 or Norton AntiVirus 2012.

Please note: This build will not be available through LiveUpdate or the Norton Update Center. You will only be able to get the new build through the Norton Beta Center.

In today’s beta release we’ve made changes to our Identity Safe format. Any Identity Safe Data from previous betas will not work in today’s or any future release. This includes both Local Vaults and any files exported in the .DAT backup formats with previous beta builds.

Before upgrading make sure you back up your data to the CSV format using the Export option (see steps below).

To backup Identity Safe information:

1) Open the Main UI
2) Click Settings
3) Click Web
4) Click Identity Safe
5) Click Configure next to Export Identity Safe Data
6) Select Plain text – CSV file
7) Choose a File Name and location to back up your Identity Safe Data to
8) Click OK

Your Identity Safe Data should now be backed up to the location you have specified.

To import your Identity Safe Data after server updates are complete:

1) Open the Main UI
2) Click Settings
3) Click Web
4) Click Identity Safe
5) Click Configure next to Import Identity Safe Data
6) Select the .csv file location you have specified during the export process
7) Click OK

Before you install the new Public Beta build, be sure to uninstall the previous Public Beta build FIRST. If you made a backup of your system prior to installing the last Public Beta build, it is preferred that you restore to that backup before installing the new build.

After you complete registration, you will be emailed a new 14-day Beta Subscription Activation Key to assist you in testing the Norton 2012 products. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or try an alternate email address. Once the Beta Subscription expires, please check back here for the latest build. You will then be able to download the new build, and receive a new 14-Day Beta Subscription Activation Key.

The Public Beta build may pick up on the remaining Subscription Days from the previous Public Beta installation. If this happens, simply use the rest of the subscription days from the previous Public Beta license. Once the subscription expires, you will have the opportunity to activate with the new Public Beta Activation Key or "renew" your beta subscription (All beta subscriptions can be renewed once - after that, you will need to use a new key).

Please note that not all reported issues have been corrected with this build. A list of included fixes will be posted shortly.

To verify you have the latest build, please launch the Norton Product Main User Interface, click Support on the top right side, and select About. The version number should read 19.0.0.117.

Please remember that the Public Beta builds are Pre-Release Beta builds. Please do not install these products on Production Systems. While we do not anticipate critical failures, Pre-Release Beta Builds MAY malfunction. If you do install on a computer with sensitive information, be sure to make a complete backup of all your important files to prevent the possibility of data-loss.

Here are a list of the known issues with the current Public Beta build. We are already aware of these issues and will have them resolved before final release:

Virus Definitions

Full (non-streaming) definitions may not update as frequently on the pre-release product. You will continue to get streaming updates, but eventually the “Definition Update” time may show a few days (even after updating Streaming Definitions). Do not use the Intelligent Updater (from the Security Response site) to manually update the definitions, as they’re not compatible with 2012 and will cause issues.

Identity Safe

Previously stored Identity Safe data will not work with the next build. Please export your logins as a CSV before installing the new build, and then restore the Identity Safe data through the CSV file when you have installed the new build.

已知問題

病毒定义文件

完整的病毒定义档案在测试版本中可能无法时常更新。你会持续获得最新的脉动更新，但定义更新的显示日期会延后几天。不要使用SecurityResponse网站中的智能更新工具手动更新病毒定义文件。其与2012不兼容，会产生问题。

身分安全（此次的更新重点） 之前版本的身分安全数据在此版本中将无法使用，请将数据导出成CSV格式备份并在完成安装之后汇入。

奇怪了，更新版本不仅少了手机安全软件的按钮，两在线身份防护的功能也消失了~？

我的有顯示喔~如圖。在google chrome的身分防護也正常。

淡定，重启电脑后又正常了，但是现在多了个问题，磁盘占用无时不刻100%，因为诺顿，我现在无奈卸载了诺顿安装金山卫士+MSE

可能是測試版的關係，所以資源占用大了。
我從19.0.0.108，19.0.0.110一直到現在的19.0.0.117
沒有大大所說的問題~
我是Windows XP SP3, 784 MB內存 :)
