Startup Delayer version 3.0 build 312 released

This release fixes the issue with ordering of Applications sometimes not sticking when you refresh or reload. Thanks to everyone who sent me their configurations allowing me to finally reproduce it here.

There are also a few fixes for crashes that have been reported via the crash reporter tool. Thanks to everyone who sent the reports in. If you included your email address you should have received an email with confirmation whether the crash you reported was fixed or not.

For those people that have received the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.", the cause of the problem has been discovered as Zone Alarm. The problem is affecting more applications than just Startup Delayer and I'm waiting to hear back from Zone Alarm.

Special thanks to Ashley Smith for helping me test and discover this one. I'm investigating a work around to try to get this working, however in the mean time there is a rather dirty workaround.

The System Service causing the problem is the Zone Alarm service IswSvc. Disabling this service will obviously disable a part of Zone Alarm. Once disabled though, Startup Delayer and other applications will begin working.

Hopefully a better solution can be found either through a fix from Zone Alarm or a work around in Startup Delayer.

系统自带的没法delay load的，像360Amigo自带的就很不错哦

Build 315 contains more fixes for issues that have been reported. In particular Build 315 has an improved startup sequence. I discovered that .Net would generate some code everytime you ran Startup Delayer. This meant that on slower computers, it would result in an extremely slow startup.

Build 315 now caches all of this which means .Net won't generate the code when you run Startup Delayer, resulting in a faster startup.

相比以往版本改进比较大。

金山自动延迟不能设定延迟时间的，你不妨先试用一下。

那是系统服务延迟吧，开机启动项好像不能设置
