安装 CA Internet Security Suite 之后 打不开的解决方法

今天看了卡饭的一个帖子CA Internet Security Suite，得知免费六个月，于是本人很激动的下载并安装了，可是安装完成后，是个悲剧，就是安装完成后的杀毒软件怎么也打不开，老是提示未响应，windows7系统，悲催啊，我很是无奈，幸好windows检查解决方案的存在，帮我解决了问题，看过后得知，原来是杀毒软件和IE9 不兼容啊，，，，但是有解决方法了。哈哈。。。

（说白了就是安装个补丁。。。。）

How do I run the fix for IE9 compatability issues like CA security Center not being opened?



Problem Resolution





NOTE: Following instructions are applicable for CA Internet Security Suite Version 7 (7.0.0.115 0r 7.0.0.107)



IE9 is NOT compatible with CA. As IE9 is being installed with Windows update CA ISS users may experience issues with CA after Internet Explorer is upgraded to IE 9 version.



With 32 bit OS with IE9, “CA Security Center Stopped Working” error message is received while opening CA Security Center



         



With 64bit OS with IE9, CA Security Center can be opened. However, it will be blank except with the tabs shown on the CA Security Center as shown in the screen shot given below:



        



Work Around:



As a work around, we have a patch to fix the issue.



Click Here to download the fix.



1.    Click on Save to save the file on your computer


                        



2.    Click on Run to execute the fix.



                           





a)    If you get the warning message instead of Run as given below, click on Actions

         



b)    Click on More Options on SmartScreen filter window



         



c)    Click on Run anyway



            

   



3.    Click on Allow if you get the UAC prompt window



                     



4.    Patch Applied Confirmation will be displayed as shown below



                       



If reboot is required – below screen will be displayed.



                           




After above patch is applied – you should be able to execute CA Security Center without any issues and keep using IE9.
