I am sorry for the delay of our answer and I hope to assist you in a timely
fashion from now on. I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to
convey our apologies in regards to the situation created.

After analyzing the information we received from you we concluded that there
are other security solutions or applications installed on your system, which
could conflict with Bitdefender:

- some files and folders from KingSoft;
- Windows Defender;

Running multiple security solutions on the same PC may affect their proper
functionality as they compete for access to the same system resources. Even if
they are turned off, there are some active processes running in the
background.

We recommend you to uninstall other security solutions in order for
Bitdefender to work properly.

[How to remove KingSoft PC Doctor / Internet Security / Firewall from Control
Panel]

Please go to Start -> run -> type "appwiz.cpl" and hit Enter (or type directly
in the Search box for Windows Vista and 7). Wait while the list is being
populated, then search the application, Right click on it and choose Uninstall
or Remove.

[How to turn off Windows Defender]
Click on Start then right click on Computer->Manage->Services and
applications->Services than double click on Windows Defender and choose
Startup type: Disabled, press Stop and press OK and reboot your computer.

After uninstalling the above mentioned software we recommend you to repair
Bitdefender 2012 as follows:

- Click on the START menu button;
- Go to (All) Programs -> Bitdefender 2012 -> choose "Repair or Remove";
- Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer each time you are
requested to;
- Register and activate the product, then open Bitdefender and run a new
update; reboot again if requested;
- please test to see if the issue still replicates.

我已经关闭了windows defender，上次反馈说BDIS2012 1437版本和金山卫士冲突，我反馈给BD后，BD今天回复建议卸载金山卫士 官人你们不是说金山做到了兼容吗？怎么BD工程师分析数据后说不能兼容？

大意是BD回复我上次关于“BDIS2012 1437+金山卫士+冲突的问题，BD分析后认为可能是金山的产品或者是windows defender造成的冲突导致BD服务无响应，所以BD建议我关闭widows defender或者卸载金山的产品。

由于反馈问题的时候windows defender是关闭的，所以只可能是金山卫士的问题了，目前考虑卸载金山

人家没有说分析后如何机理的冲突，只是说“recommend”
就好像一般我们说的不建议安装多款杀软一样的道理。

建议楼主装个360试试，然后再发给BD，看看他们还不会有什么recommend

楼主的思维确实有点问题啊，金山尽量去兼容其他杀软，更何况是金山卫士，而BD怎么不考虑金山卫士兼容那么多软件，怎么就和BD不兼容了，是否考虑过自己的原因
