I'd recommend OALD, though technically speaking it's also not "sufficient" enough for an international student (then again, nothing is sufficient for a willing heart XD), but it is adequate, especially for those who are not familiar with useful expressions. It's still worth perusing.

我没玩过lol，不知道，在dota2里盒子算外{过}{滤}挂的，我以为这里也是

别人这没错的。

cannot=can't≠can not。

can的否定是cannot和can't，用can not来表达  can的否定  是老美错误的用法。

即使不讲究这个。cannot 和 can not意思上也是有微妙差别的，前者是不能、不可以，后者是可以不。

别人要表达的意思是  我不能同意得更多，即同意至极。

如果换成can not，就成了  我可以不  更同意。

换个例子

I cannot do this. 我不能做

I can not do this. 我可以不做
