OALD may let English learners know more related to some useful expressions? I didn't use this before and I didn't know if it had an iOS App.
Dictionary.com 's app is the only app I have found which contains the most things until now.

的确 cannot 更常见，但 can not 作 cannot 的意思也不能算错，只能说是 alternative。

至于 I can not do this. 中，not 既可以理解为对 do 这个不定式的否定 (not do)，也可以理解为对情态动词 can 的否定 (can not)。

再者，I can not agree with you more. 既可以理解为 I can't agree with you more.（十分赞成），也可以理解为 I do not agree with you more. / I can disagree with you more.（据我所知无此说法，或较为蹩脚）而表赞成的意思（前者）谷歌搜索一下就可以看到的确有人这么用：http://www.reddit.com/r/CODGhost ... _gamemode_opinions/

如果要表达十分不赞成应该是 I can't/couldn't disagree (with you) more. 根据上下文判断，本帖中最早使用这一结构的人（9L）显然是想表达这个意思。

As its name suggests, Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary is designed especially for advanced English learners, not merely a native speaker-oriented reference book. I find it of great use myself as it contains a large number of idioms and word collocations. That's why I'm recommending it. And yes, an iOS App is available.

However, as an offline dictionary, it's bound to have obvious drawbacks. For example, while some slangs are found in the dictionary, most are not. Therefore I can't say for sure you'll also find it useful, etc.

Also, I remember using Dictionary.com's app but for some reason I'm not using it anymore.
