因为批量部署的关系啊。。。。。。
补丁要么是通过EPO发放要么没必要
总之病毒库更新跟EPO有关才是这个问题的核心所在

McAfee真的是个跳票大王，要不然今天应该是Patch 5发布，结果跳票了

We've been working toward these new dates:
Limited availability*: Mar 12
General availability: Apr 09

* Select customers only; the managed release or RTS period, during which the SEO team are closely monitoring the patch's performance/acceptance, thus not open to all customers.

But I share that knowing well the date may change depending on the outcome of an internal investigation for an odd behavior we're still seeking to understand. If anyone asks though, those are the dates to convey... until they're not .



A few additions worth noting since the original post -
•Regarding the DAT 0000 issue, Patch 5 will also include "DAT rollback" for the scenario where a DAT update results in bad DATs that would normally incur the DAT 0000 symptom - instead, VSE will rollback the DAT so the system remains protected. It will retry the update at the next scheduled time. We've enabled this logic to exercise up to 3 times consecutively. I expect to be updating the relevant KB article with more details about this behavior after Patch 5 is released.
•We solved an interoperability issue involving our own Data Loss Prevention software and MS Outlook, where the mail client would hang on mail receipt.
•We solved a timing issue affecting Windows Action Center's awareness of VSE's state, i.e. we'd be enabled but WAC thought we were disabled (we've addressed a symptom like this before but it made another appearance with Patch 4)

真是搞不懂 之前说ma是怎么怎么好 现在反而说烂了 我认为至少比国内的强多了
