Dear Sir or Madam::
I have no idea if this mail should be sent to you because of the following particular reason, please excuse me.
  This is what happened. I upgraded several old keys through 365 to KAV 7.0 version and the current key file has been saved. However, I suspected that the key has been secretly used by some unknown people so that I dare not activate new key on my client’s PC. And there is no way for me to check if this key has been used by others. I learned that the key can only be activated within a certain amount of times, so the problem appears: what if when my client has to reinstore his system and the genuine key I have activated previously can not be reactivated. Doesn’t that mean we who have purchased genuine keys have no rights at all when such things happen?
So could you check out if this key has been used by some one? And how many times a key can be activated exactly? I believe we have the right to know that!
The official website of 365 declares that there is a limit on the activation times but it does not make clear the maximum times of activation. Does that mean that we have to be very very careful to keep this key? some times I even dare not reinstore my OS due to the deep anxiety of the activation limit. That is indeed a big problem for us who always have to deal with PCs.
So could you tell us the max times that a key can be reactivated?
Besides , if my key do has been used by some one else can I just put it into the blacklist and you give me another key with the validity period the same as the last one? I think that would be very human on protecting consumers’ right.
