[求助]小红伞右键扫描出问题

小红伞用右键扫描时，总是扫描窗口闪了一下就不见了，查看SSM日志也看不出是怎么关的。以前好像没有这个问题，这几天总是没法用右键扫描……

Please give us more details: what other software (especially security software) do you have installed? Also, take a look at the logs and see if you find something relevant.
You should find them in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic\LOGFILES
The logs for scanning should be named like this:
AVSCAN-date-time-[...].log

似乎是最后出问题了。
扫描时监控服务禁用，计划服务手动且关闭。但是改为自动并启动服务后还是如此。扫描时开着卡巴、NOD32的监控，运行有ProcessGuard、SSM，但是关掉卡巴后照旧，删掉SSM中相关规则后再试，好像SSM也没有阻挡小红伞。查看SSM日志，也只是写着小红伞相关进程关闭（控制台没有关闭），原因未知。奇怪。。【以前也是这么搭配的，但没出过问题。不知道什么时候出现这个问题的】

另外，尝试在PG中开启与小红伞相关进程的所有权限后，再使用右键扫描，出现图一。
问题在于，无论是按“取消”还是正确输入验证码，最后还是闪一下就消失了。查看日志，错误类型与上面的一样。这个问题似乎与PG无关。。。

楼主装这么多杀软不把系统搞乱才怪，别以为关闭启动项、关闭服务杀软就和没装一样，杀软安装时还会装驱动......

出现问题不足为怪，今天不冲突不代表明天不冲突。

偶觉得这个问题主要还得楼主自己解决，或者卸载红伞重新安装看看还有问题不？
还有问题就把可能出问题的软件一个一个卸载一个一个测试。

PG 和 SSM 功能上是重复的把，估计就是这里出了问题

你试试把其中一个卸载掉很多人用 SSM+avira都没问题的

我也很想怪杀软，但是现在系统不只是出了这么个问题，昨天svchost.exe似乎中了木马（本来可以用SSM防住的，疏忽了）。还是暂时不动为好，免得进一步出错。谢谢星之梦。

没用，卸了PG（已经很干净地卸了）还是不行。。。。
星之梦老师说的驱动冲突我也考虑了，但是出现问题前后我一直经常用小红伞扫描，期间卡巴、NOD32的版本号都没有升级，不像。唯一升级的是ZoneAlarm 和SSM（由602到603），现在ZA是6.5.737 ，不知有没有冲突。现在机器上还有木马，还是等清了木马再看看。再次谢谢星之梦。
