For clarification, I've split the individual suggestions and recommendations into separate "IDEAS" that our product teams will track in greater detail. Below is the list of the product issues that were on your list, that would be be considered problems with the product. Please let me know if this is correct:
6, There are duplicate icons in the system tray under windows 7 sometimes.
8, Hope to add the ad-blocking function.
9, Unable to restore some false positives in the quarantine area.
17, Web page protection could be enhanced in China. For some infected pages, it keeps reporting the threats even though they have been cleaned already.
19, Some UI translation work could be improved. There exists some incorrect expressions on it.
20, The compatibility with Firefox could be improved. After a version update, the compatibility problem with FF always happens.
24, The full installer package of a new build version releases very late and hopefully this could be imporved asap.
25, There exists a compatibility issue between Norton products and splayer.
26, There is a false positive issue of Ugee Tablet driver.
27, In windows 7, no matter it is 32-bit version or 64-bit version, after the installation of Norton product and since the time passed, Firefox used too much RAM (maximum 600MB). After I re-installed win 7 without any FF plug-ins, turned off both Norton FF plug-ins, the siuation still existed.
31, The intelligent monitoring is not stable while sometimes it does not work.
