Yes ,it's true.
But personally I think use rescue disk is best and lastest way to clean any malwares in your computer.
if you can use it,ok,it is very best way.
but if you or other user didn't have any cd-rw/dvd-rw,how could they do?
KL's kav/kis didn't make rescue disk with FDD or USB-DISK.
So,if user doesn't haven cd/dvd rw driver.Maybe They could input them's HHD to another computer or reinstall windows system(Will Lost user's data.)
It looks like NOT install any Anti-Spam program.

失误了。。。。不好意思。
42#的意思就是
用系统恢复盘清理病毒会有很多的限制，首先，用户必须有刻录机，而卡巴不能做usb和软盘的引导杀毒盘，所以，成本也是一个负担。（rw的盘太贵，cd-r又太浪费）。
另外，急救盘恢复是卡巴最后的防线，而且对于普通用户而言，一般不会在之前做好这个防范，等到病毒来了，再做pe就来不及了。
