【已修复】BitDefender更新Bug再次出现

7.9日更新：BD官方论坛反馈，版本更新至127（之前为120）后，似乎该问题已修复。

It looks like it fixes it with version 127.  I've been getting a few updates as well.  Probably would've gotten some more but I had to swap modems with my ISP earlier.  If you don't want to wait for the update to drop for you just go into your Bitdefender Central Account and select install protection and download the installer.  Uninstall using the uninstall tool; RESTART; then reinstall again.  At least that's what I did.  As you can see below its current with that update.  Thank You!!!

Thanks Jay-Z. I had given up and removed BD completely with the uninstall tool. I decided to give it one last try this morning and basically followed the same procedure as you. So far so good. I am back to getting multiple updates. I appreciate your reply. Thanks,

I got the update problem again!  After installing the 2nd update requiring a restart in a week or so, my PC restarted yesterday and now I'm only getting 1 update a day again?

I used your uninstall tool and reinstalled the software yet again and even that doesn't help.  Your 2019 version of the software ######!  Nothing but problem after problem and every time you resolve one problem your fixes cause other problems.  I even get a suspicious connection blocked or whatever that message is about Amazon and expired certificates using your safepay browser.  Months now and that problem is still lurking in the software.  I'm sorry to say but Amazon doesn't have problems on their end.  I shop the site very frequently.  The error never showed up about Amazon until that update with restart.  Now even uninstalling and reinstalling your software doesn't resolve either database updates and that dumb expired certificate and no I'm not using that workaround you keep pushing on everyone about your certificate problem or can I say now BUG!  I hope version 2020 isn't as buggy and screwed up as 2019.

如题，BD2019再次出现此bug（之前的描述参见：https://bbs.kafan.cn/thread-2151112-1-1.html），表现为能够检测到更新，但点击更新后，不会实际下载更新文件，更新过程直接结束。一般每隔24小时可以成功更新一次。

我今天也遇到了，通知里没有更新成功信息，手动更新100%一带而过不留痕迹
这几天时不时还有卡98%的情况

你这不太一样，看下病毒库文件夹（C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Threat Scanner），一般更新到了98%，实际文件时已经下载完了的。可能是遇到问题，更新过程没有正常结束，但文件其实已经替换了。这样的话再次检查更新，确实没有更新（也就不会写日志）

如果病毒库文件修改日期是新的，就没有问题

98这是之前的，多试几次就行；100是今天上午遇到的，到现在也没成功更新

那就是遇到这个问题了。我这里测试，刚才2020beta也没办法更新，我猜应该不是客户端的问题，可能是服务器又抽风了。

不是2019单独的问题就好，我去beta社区喷他们去

感谢告知。我这边测试，也可以正常更新了，但还是要观察下。

因为这个bug并不是一直不能更新，大概间隔一段时间后，可以正常更新一次，然后又不能更新，要再隔一段时间才可以更新。

上次测试的时候，这个间隔大概是24小时，也就是一天可以更新成功一次。如果过一阵子（24小时内），可以正常收到下一次更新，才能证明问题已修复。

我这里测试，还是24小时大概可以更新一次。我觉得他们没搞明白问题出在哪里。

试了下重装，这次也不能解决问题。我在beta社区的反馈被官人点了个赞，然而并没有后续跟进。看反馈，似乎有其他用户也遇到了这个问题。
