你提供的是 服务进程 的 追踪记录，这个里面显示在追踪期间，服务进程在尝试完成更新，但是始终找不到更新源。我不知道你这里网络是不是有啥问题，可能是你断网所致，我不知道还有没有人安装了 KPM，能否来校核下你这个 dbghelp.prg hash值是否与你一样，因为 服务进程 显示这个文件数字签名缺失。然后启动 servies 进程发现 GUI 进程已经注册，然后执行关闭进程操作。我不知道你这个 KPM 是怎么回事，但是我想知道，KPM traces 除了这两个外还有其他的么？实际上我需要的是 GUI 进程的traces记录，而不是 services 进程的traces记录。你是否只安装了 KPM？么有安装卡巴斯基其他产品？你这个 traces 文件是从哪里得到的？
kpmwin_service.9.0.2.1352_01.05_22.53_4792.All.log，有没有 kpmwin_GUI.9.0.2.1352_01.05_22.53_4792.All.log 文件类似包含 GUI 文字的 traces ？
